Expo Hall & Event Calander
The Expo Hall is available for rentals year round. Weddings, Fundraisers, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Anniversary Parties. Celebrate your next event at the Madison County Fairgrounds!
We also rent the other buildings on the grounds and fairgrounds for different events, such as 4-H meetings, wrestling club practices, events, livestock shows, fundraising events, family reunions, and picnics.

The Madison County Fair Board holds their Executive Board meetings on the third Wednesday each month, starting at 7:00 pm during the winter months, and at 8:00 pm during the spring, summer, and fall months.
Superintendent meetings are held in January, June, and August on the third Wednesday of the respective month starting at 7:00 pm.
The Highland Jr. Bulldogs Wrestling Club meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm in the upper level of the Expo Building from November thru March for practices.
A Martial Arts group meets for practices in the lower level of the expo hall on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm year round. Contact Cliff Huelsmann at cliff.heulsmann@gmail.com if you have any interest in joining or know of someone that is interested in joining.
